Support for SC/ST reservations in education among young adults in India 2016

The data shows the results of a youth survey conducted among 15-34 year olds in 19 states across India in 2016 about the share of young adults who support reservations for Scheduled Caste and Schedule Tribe (ST/SC) in education, based on the respondents' religions. Among upper caste Hindu respondents, about 28% supported reservations, while about 49% of Muslim respondents supported this during the survey period.
