Funded theatre organizations' income in England 2016/17, by type

The data shows the income of theatre organisations receiving regular funding from Arts Council England in the financial year 2016/17, by income type. During this period theatres in England received over 113 million GBP in subsidies from the Arts Council. In addition they earned around 351 million GBP through their own artistic, educational and supplementary activities.
