The data displays the number of road accidents in different regions of England in 2015 according to the road type. The two regions with the highest number of road accidents were London and the South East, although while in London most of the accidents occurred on A roads, in the South East the majority occurred on minor roads.
About 16 thousand road accidents occurred on A roads in London in the year 2015, while 9,685 accidents occurred on A roads in the South East of England. On the other hand almost nine thousand accidents were recorded on minor roads in London, while 11,413 accidents were recorded in the South East.
