The data displays opinions on the enforcement of laws against using mobile phones when driving in Great Britain between 2006 and 2014. While most people in 2013 agreed or strongly agreed that the law was not being properly enforced, the share had fallen from 81% in 2006 to 69% in 2013. At the same time, the percentage that believed it was being enforced properly more than doubled from five to 11%.
