The data displays the leading cruise ports in Northern Europe in 2017, by passenger numbers. Southampton overtook all other Northern European cruise ports in terms of passenger numbers, counting approx. 2 million in 2017. Passenger numbers at Copenhagen, the next most popular cruise port, were less than half as high. There were a total of 810 and 543 thousand passengers in Hamburg and Tallinn respectively in 2017.
