The data displays the monthly bedroom occupancy rate in serviced accommodation establishments in the UK from April 2016 to April 2018. Serviced accommodation had a 75% occupancy rate in April 2018, six percentage points higher than in the same period a year earlier. Figures for bedspace occupancy differed from these results.
