Overnight stays in hotels in France 2010-2017

The data shows the number of nights spent in hotels in metropolitan France between 2010 and 2017. In 2016 approx. 200 million overnight stays were made in hotels and similar accommodation in France. This was a slight decline on nights spent in 2015. The value peaked at approx. 210 million in 2017. The number of nights spent by international tourists in particular showed a decline in 2016 compared to a year earlier and then also had an increase in 2017.
