The data displays the regions Russians traveled to in 2017, by their place of origin in Russia. Overall, just over half of outbound travelers from Russia visited Europe. This was most prominent for travelers from Saint Petersburg and Moscow. Those from the Far Eastern federal district mostly traveled to Asia, with 81% of respondents having done so.
