The data shows the share of U.S. specialty food consumers' ethnic or international food purchases at retail stores in 2016. In order to gather this information, an online survey among 1,292 adults was conducted with internet access in the U.S. The survey revealed that 50% of specialty food consumers purchase Italian food at retail stores.
