The data shows the regional distribution of specialty food consumers in the United States in 2016. In order to gather this information, an online survey was conducted among 2,155 adults in the U.S. The survey revealed that at 71 percent, U.S. shoppers residing in the Pacific region have the highest prevalence of buying specialty foods.
