Consumer demographics of those who have purchased and those who might purchase free-from foods in the United Kingdom in 2015

The data displays the results of a survey in which respondents were asked if they have bought free-from foods or if they might buy them in future in the UK in 2015. A majority of both groups have no food intolerance or allergy sufferers in the household at 56 and 71% respectively, followed by those who are sufferers.
