If a symbol indicating that food products or restaurant items are gluten-free is introduced, it could be backed / authorized by various bodies. How much would you trust a symbol backed by each of the following?

The data displays the results of a survey in which respondents were asked if a gluten-free symbol was to be introduced on food products, how much would they trust it given its backing or authorization by certain bodies in the UK in 2015. A majority of 58% of respondents would completely trust a logo certified by Allergy UK, followed by 57% for Coeliac UK.
