Expectation to own Bitcoin or similar digital currency in the Benelux region 2018

The data displays the results of a survey question regarding expectation to own Bitcoins or similar digital currencies in the future in Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands in 2018. Bitcoin is a so-called cryptocurrency, a digital currency that uses blockchain technology as a means of security. During the surveyed period, respondents from the Netherlands indicated the most they may buy into the trend over time. In Belgium, one in ten say they expect to buy cryptocurrency in the future.
