Contactless payment value: mobile wallet vs cards in 2016, by market

The data displays the share of contactless payment value in different countries by cards as compared to mobile wallets in 2016. Out of the 5 markets displayed only the U.S. mobile wallets (92.8%) share of value was higher than that of contactless payment cards (7.2%). Out of the markets displayed Spain has the highest value of cards to mobile wallet value with 98.8% of contactless payments through cards as to 1.2% through mobile wallets.
