The data describes the average annual spending of Amazon Prime and non-Prime members in the U.S. During most recently measured survey period ending June 2018, it was found that Prime members spend an average of 1,400 USD on the online shopping platform every year, compared to 600 USD spending of non-Prime members. During the same period, it was estimated that there were around 95 million Amazon Prime members in the U.S. Amazon Prime falls under Amazon's retail subscription service segment, which generated 6.39 billion USD in worldwide revenues in 2016.
