The data shows the distribution of car sales in the Netherlands from 2010 to 2017, by fuel type. The share of new cars using petrol in the Netherlands increased again from approx. 72% to 75% from 2016 to 2017. The number of hybrid fuel types increased, though had a small decrease again in 2017.
