Hybrid petrol/electric cars registered monthly in the United Kingdom 2014-2018

The data displays the number monthly registrations of petrol/electric hybrid cars in the UK between January 2014 and June 2018. Higher sales in September and March are due to the release of new registration plates. There were generally higher numbers of newly registered petrol/electric hybrid vehicles in 2014 than in 2013.

The sales of petrol/electric hybrid cars sales peaked in March 2018 with nearly 15 thousand units sold. This is around 7.5 times more than a month before in February.
