Factors deterring the purchase of electric cars and vans in the United Kingdom 2014

If you were to buy a car or van in the next 12 months, what, if anything, would put you off buying an electric car or van?

The data displays the share of responses of a survey on the main overall factors which deter people from buying electric cars or vans within Great Britain between March 2013 and February 2014. The main reason that put the respondents off buying an electric car or van was the need to recharge the vehicle. Almost as important was the limited distance that an electric vehicle can travel with a charged battery.
