Share of female employees in various divisions of Barclays group 2016-2017

The data depicts the share of female employees holding positions in different divisions of the British based Barclays Group from 2016 to 2017. It can be seen that the share of female managing directors working at Barclays decreased overall during the period under observation, reaching a share of 14% as of 2017. The share of all employees at Barclays that were female at all grade levels reached 47% in 2017, a change in negative 1% from the previous year.
