The data depicts the number of complaints to the Financial Ombudsman regarding the unsecured loan services and products in the UK between the financial years of 2009/2010 to 2017/2018. It can be seen that the number of complaints regarding unsecured loans fluctuated overall during the period under observation, reaching a total of more than 6.9 thousand as of 2017/2018. The biggest number of complaints were found in 2012/2013, when a total of over 7.8 thousand complaints were recorded.
