The data displays the alternative finance equity-based crowdfunding volume in the Central and Eastern Europe region in 2016, by country. As of 2016, the alternative finance volume attributable to equity-based crowdfunding totaled approx. 12.3 million euro. Of the total amount, Austria attributed to 7.7 million Euros. Overall, only six central and eastern European countries had any form of equity based crowdfunding in 2016.
