The company was founded by Alexey Mitrofanovich Kutepov, Valeryan Nikolaevich Blinichev, Nikolay Ivanovich Presnyakov, Valery Afonasyevich Yazev, Konstantin Petrovich Denisov, Vladimir Ivanovich Vedeneev, Rafis Faizovich Kadyrov, Insaf Sharifullovichvich Sayfullin, Valdimir Sergeyevich Arutyunov, Valery Avanovich Savchenko, Yuriy Alexandrovich Lebedev, Vadim Alekseyevich Menshikov, and Mikhail Yuryevich Sinev on May 26, 2000 and is headquartered in Moscow, Russia.
