The change in active social media users in Belgium and Luxembourg was higher in 2017 than in 2018. In 2017 the percentage change in active social media users in Belgium and Luxembourg was roughly 15 percent, whereas in both countries the change in active social media users dropped below 10% the following year. In the Netherlands the change in active social media users in 2017 was just above 15% and remained unchanged in 2018.
