The data displays the ten local authorities which have the lowest percentage of native English speakers in England and Wales in 2011. In Leicester Unitary Authority, 72.5% of the inhabitants were native English speakers which was 0.4% lower than the next region, Slough UA. Other areas on the list were all urban Unitary Authorities in England and mostly found around London or in the Midlands.
