The data displays the annual growth figures of successful grants of asylum for refugees in Denmark from 2008 until 2016. Comparing 2008 to 2016, there has been an overall increase of over six thousand refugees successfully qualifying for asylum in Denmark. The peak was in 2015 at approx. 10 thousand. Since, 2008 Denmark has accepted a total of 31,205 refugees.
