Number of accepted grants of asylum in the UK 2008-2016

The data displays the annual growth figures of successful grants of asylum for refugees in the UK from 2008 until 2016. Throughout this period, there has been an overall increase of almost three thousand refugees successfully qualifying for asylum in UK; the peak was in 2015 at approx. 14 thousand. Since 2008 the United Kingdom has accepted a total of 79,565 refugees.
